Add dice to the topic pages

It is an rp platform but sometimes it would be nicer if our character have some restrictions. This would allow for users to think more along a single path than having to think about all the possibilities.

adding a dice will add a bit of dnd flavour to the site. Users can decide for an action for their character and have their topics lead in any direction. It will also create a sense of uncertainity and hence of “oh I want to see what happens next”.
